Standard print
Digital Print
It may sound obvious as of course we offer standard digital print... BUT, what you may not know is that we also offer white & double white toner for the very whitest finish. Our lovely Xerox Iridesse also prints in gold and silver toner. You can find examples of all the finishes in our print swatch.
Pretty much all our card & paper ranges are suitable for digital print in sizes up to SRA3 and weights up to 400gsm.
Hot Foil
If you’re looking for a real touch of luxury, then hot foil may be the option to choose. There are no restrictions on weight or type of card so the sky’s the limit.
Hot foil, as the name suggests, requires heat and pressure to transfer the foil to the page using a bespoke metal plate. Prices for plates start from £25 + vat for a small plate (around business card size).
We use Foilco foils and keep a large range of colours in stock.
Hot foil can be combined with all forms of standard print, apart from large format.
Debossing
Blind debossing is essentially the same as hot foil, but without the foil so the finished result leaves a “blind” impression in the card. This works particularly well with thicker cards (350gsm upwards) and heavier fonts.
Again, blind debossing can be combined with standard print.
Plate prices are the same as they are for hot foil.
Digital Foil
Digital foil is a more cost effective and adaptable alternative to hot foil. The process works by applying a layer of foil over toner.
We offer digital foil in 8 colours – gold, silver, rose gold, copper, red, green, blue & holographic.
Due to the print process, digital foil is only suitable for use on smooth card stock. Digital foil is especially useful for place cards, invitations or anything where variable data is a requirement.
